An Garda Síochána
We proudly support members of An Garda Síochána by offering a 10% discount on car servicing and wheel alignment. It’s our way of recognising the invaluable work done by our national police service. We also extend this gratitude to retired members through our support of the Garda Post publication.
Roundstone For Fun
Sweeney’s Garage has been an enthusiastic supporter of Roundstone For Fun, a grassroots fundraising initiative dedicated to cancer research and the improvement of local amenities, including the Roundstone Community Centre. Over the years, the organisation has helped raise over €42,000 for the renovation of the centre and another €42,000 for cancer research, with additional donations benefiting Motor Neurone Research and other causes.
Our own fundraising event contributed over €6,000 to the National Breast Cancer Research Institute, and we’re proud to be part of a movement that continues to uplift rural Ireland through community-led action.
Shauna Bannon – MMA Athlete
We’re delighted to sponsor Shauna Bannon, an exceptional MMA fighter from Tallaght and a five-time kickboxing champion. Shauna has represented Ireland internationally and made a remarkable transition to professional MMA after competing in the IMMAF World Cup in Prague. Her grit and determination make her a true role model—and we’re behind her all the way.
Colm Blackburn – Motorsport
Supporting rising talent in Irish motorsport, we’ve backed Colm Blackburn as he competes in the Formula Vee racing championship. Colm secured a fantastic victory at the Kirkistown Circuit, and we’re proud to play a part in helping young drivers chase their dreams.
Ballymun United Football Club
Founded in 1969, Ballymun United FC has long been a pillar of North Dublin’s sporting community. Sweeney’s Garage is honoured to support a club that provides young people with a safe and structured environment to play football. With aspirations to expand their facilities—including plans for a new 2,500-seat stand—the future is bright for Ballymun United.
