What causes do you support?

Roundstone For Fun help raise money for cancer research and for the development of the Roundstone Community Centre.

Breast Cancer Research (formerly NBCRI) is a national charity that funds a comprehensive research programme at the National University of Ireland, Galway.

Sweeneys Garage organised a Roundstone For Fun fundraising event in August 2018, which raised €6,066 for the National Breast Cancer Research Institute.

Kilnamanagh Rockets

Sweeneys Garages are one of the main sponsors of Kilnamanagh Rockets soccer club based in Dublin 24, who were founded in 1978.

Like any club or organisation, Kilnamanagh are run by volunteers and are always looking for more volunteers to help the club grow and continue to be a success.

When was Sweeney's Garage Established?

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A friend of mine recommended me Sweeneys in Ballyfermot. An ongoing problem my car had was an ennoying noise coming from underneath. I went to three different garages before  with no success for some reasons. A long three years of this torturing driving experience passed since I got here. All of a sudden, an enthusiastic and genuinely interested in people met me at the doorstep. We went for drive test strait away, so they can assess the noise themselves, and the initial diagnostics were made at that point. Then they took a video of underneath of the car showing me the points to repair, they gave me a quotation in writing. After the go ahead given, the car was fixed by end of the day. We went for a final drive test, and I immediately felt such a relief hearing no noise whatsoever! It was hard to believe in, but it was a fact :) In short, the mechanics great attitude, the right first time diagnostics, digging to the root of the cause, and a speedy fix, this is what is called a great job! I stay with Sweeneys Garage in Ballyfermot for sure, and I recommend them great people to everyone. Your car there will be in good hands. Thanks again guys! And Best of luck!

They fully repaired and painted the front of my car, and they also changed the oil. Everything was done quickly, professionally, and with great care. A special thank you to Billy and Bazraa — they are honestly two of the best mechanics I’ve ever met. They were responsible, helpful, and made the whole experience so easy. They successfully sourced new parts and replaced them to such a high standard that the car looked like new!! They restored the radiator to its correct spacing and alignment, performed all other necessary checks to ensure the rest of the engine wasn’t damaged, gave the body of the car a great clean, and all work was done in an efficient and timely manner. Billy is an incredibly friendly, reliable and thorough worker and it was a pleasure to deal with him! Sweeneys garage provides excellent service which is why I go back to them time and again for my car’s maintenance and needs. Best car service providers around the area. I have got my full car servicing done a couple of times here along with tyre replacements and they provided exceptional service each time. This is the first garage that sent me a video to help explain what was wrong and what needed to be done. I've always felt ripped off by other garages, but this place at least do their best to show you the problem. Highly recommended
